The great Satchel Paige signs this photo boldly in black ink across the white pants leg of his Kansas City Monarchs uniform. Picturing Paige with a friend and in his batting stance, the type II photo has several fine creases running along the top half and is otherwise in excellent condition, with the signature grading an (“8”).
