Jim Fridley is most noted as a piece of the record-setting trade made between the Orioles and Yankees following the 1954 season. The trade is notable because it was the largest deal, in numbers of players dealt, that had transpired. Depicted as an Oriole prior to the monumental trade, presented is a 1954 Esskay Jim Fridley in (GD) condition. This card is degraded by miniscule paper loss on the surface, minor creasing and a slightly errant cut. The wafer-thin wax coating on each side is preserved and the lightly toned back is relatively clean.
