While printing technologies in the hobby have advanced throughout the years, this amazing 1964 #125 Topps Pete Rose color separation proof card reflects how the process used to be carried out before contemporary digital technologies came to dominate the industry. This piece contains (4) different transparent color sheets that are laid on top of one another to create a full color portrait. The white cardboard bottom is layered with yellow, red, blue and finally the black transparency to create the final full-color product. The piece (2 11/16 x 4 9/16) is in solid (NM-MT) condition with no visible wear or detraction's that affect the overall presentation.
