The offered lot contains a pair of very scarce New York baseball related full-sized pennants. The key is the seldom seen Da Bums pennant with a multi-colored logo and beautiful uncracked lettering all around. Accompanying this cornerstone banner is a period Yankees pennant with an impressive in-action, stadium background logo. Both examples have survived magnificently with well-defined points, though two negligible pinholes are present on the Yankees example. Likely missing from most New York collections, these mid- to upper-mid-grade pennants measure approximately 29” long.
