Presented is a scarce 1977 Thurman Munson signature that is placed on the back of an autograph request. The pencil written letter extols Munson’s achievements and encourages the Yanks to go “all the way”. The reverse of the 8-1/2x11 lined paper is penned in blue ballpoint by Munson (d.1979) and grades an impressive (“8”). The original Yankees stationery in which the autograph was mailed is also included. This one-of-a-kind item comes with a full photo LOA from James Spence Authentications.
